Development Manager, Full-Time, 37 Hours, Salary £30,500 per annum

The Development Team are responsible for the fundraising strategy and activity for Bristol Beacon, and we are currently in the final stages of our major capital transformation to create a world-class concert hall for the region and looking towards reopening in autumn 2023. Bristol Beacon has been part of Bristol’s cultural heritage for 150 years. Our vision is to unite people through the joy of live music, and we achieve this through a diverse programme of inspirational musical experiences. The Development Manager will support the Development Director to lead on managing a range of funding streams including corporate sponsorship, individual giving and trusts and foundations, as well as supporting the delivery of the capital fundraising strategy and activity.

We are looking for a dynamic individual who will have the ability to build strong relationships with our corporate and individual supporters and the ability to raise the profile of Bristol Beacon through your knowledge and appreciation of music and the arts. You will also lead on corporate events, and plan and launch the delivery of public campaigns working closely with other teams across Bristol Beacon.
