Welcome and Events Assistant, Part-Time, 22 Hours, Salary £24,720 per annum (£14,698.38 pro rata)

Bristol Beacon is the South West’s largest concert hall, promoting musical excellence, creative learning, and community engagement. Our newly refurbished concert halls and Music Education Centre are central to our mission of uniting people through the joy of live music.

This role will be based at Beacon Music Centre. We are looking for a dynamic Welcome & Events Assistant to help facilitate daily operations, welcome guests, and ensure smooth event delivery. This role involves setting up rooms, assisting with events, and providing great customer service to all users. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, music teachers, and partners, ensuring their needs are met. Join our team and play a key role in maintaining our vibrant music space.
